Customer service rant

I cancelled Ipsy probably a year ago now due to the price increases. I received this email that I could get a free full size mystery gift for resubscribing.

I subscribed and I didn’t get the mystery gift (no I haven’t done a resub promo before). Contacted customer service and they said the promo expired in March, when the email I had said through mid April. They went ahead and sent me a “full sized” accommodation order. I received the last two pics, the kosas lipstick in that shade and the liquid eyeshadow.

I know I didn’t pay for these items, but Ipsys system customer service is just so terrible. And I’m pretty disappointed with the items I received in exchange for my “$100” free gift.
