Are All Insurance Jobs Like This?

I’ve been at a brokerage for about a year. I OFTEN have very little to do. Other people seem to have the same experience, off and on. Anyone else find this line of work very non stressful? I came from a massively stressful industry so I’m trying to be grateful!!
