Land for lease near Indore

I am starting an agriculture business which requires land for setting up polyhouse. As of now I only require a small land, 1acre or so. But for longer lease period (5 years). And there should be some water source on it, preferably borewell.

If anyone knows any good broker or owns land themselves, it'd be great help.
