Is Astra mk3 being made for 6th gen jets?

I mean its range is 350km, not even 5th gen jets can detect or track anything that far, Uttam AESA radar can just detect large objects at 300km, forget about tracking, even best AESA radars in world can just detect large objects(not fighter sized ones) at 350-400 km, so in theory, nothing(nothing as in fighter jets) can as of now track anything 350km away

the only use i can understand of it is that it will be used on a 6th gen platform
