I screwed my academics and my career by myself; Need Advice.

I had everything to do good to myself, but I screwed it up.

As of now I am 24 years old, I was good till 10th Std, I did not study anything in 12th + 1 year dropped, in 2019 I got admission into Btech Computer Engineering, I was supposed to complete y degree by 2023, but I still have 8 to 10 backlogs so basically, I am a dropout. Financially I have 9 Lakh of Education loan + 1.5 Lakh of Personal Loan on me.

I am interested in Computers, Finance/Stocks, Businesses (but I did not study anything seriously about it till now!)

I am already enrolled and just started "Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst" on Coursera and hoping to land a job as analyst after completing this in 30 to 40 days if I start today. I need start to earn as soon as possible.

Is it possible to land a job as Analyst without degree? Will I do good in life financially? Suggest me some career paths and options for me. First, I wrote a really long post, later realized it was just a rant about my mental health, so I have kept it short, for now my goal is to land a good paying job that's all
