Switching companies in a leadership role

Hi,
over the last few years, I have worked my way up from student to Head of IT at my current company.
Now I'm switching to the same role at a new company. I have changed jobs many times, but not in a management role.
What are good sources for the process such as checklists, important questions or typical challenges? Is there any other sub you can recommend for me to post this question?
