how to maintain a good reputation with the ibew?

kinda a obvious question but i wanted to know in your own opinion how can a brother or sister of the ibew keep a good reputation with the ibew brothers, sisters, and contractors? me personally? i just try to do the best i can do, be steady, learn as much as i can, be honest if i make a mistake, follow the contract, help my brothers and sisters, and don’t be a total dickhead for no reason. i get that not everyone is gonna like me for whatever reason i just don’t wanna be the guy in the ibew who no wants to be around.
