How can Chrollo use Shizuku in the current arc

I found it interesting if this scenario actually happened in the current arc. Where Shizuku disguise and Chrollo have used Fun Fun Cloth ability (Owl's ability) to make her small so she can sneak into Tier 1.

When Owl used his ability, Nobunaga was still small until they released him. But in this case, Chrollo would put Shizuku inside the royal guards pockets or somewhere she can be transferred into Tier 1. Later with a signal, he deactivate Fun Fun Cloth ability and she will be released.

I know it's kinda dump, but it would be fun to watch Shizuku sneaking to Tier 1 and act there. Especially if she sneaked into the casino, she will never think the same way Bonolenov think. So, she would probably inform Chrollo about Hisoka's location.
