[HIRING] DBZ - Dragon Ball Z artist - Line Art + Shading ; Recurring work! Paypal!

Hello there, budget is 30-40$ for this one piece, will be very selective on who I move forward with in hopes of being able to establish a long relationship with the chosen artist.

I have clear and thorough directions and I am quick to communicate any changes needed and will do my best to reposition the changes using photoshop-

The task and directions should be to the point- but please use your artistic ability to work out the proportions better.

I'd like to be involved in the block in / construct stage - i.e the part you use shapes to form the skeleton for the art. in order to make the best of both of our time.

Payment will be through paypal invoice; prefer half up front and half at the end.

And please for the love of god- do not start the work until I give the ok to start the work and do not try to force a transaction out of me.
