Trying to get internet upstairs but can’t move router

I use Fios internet, and both the ONT, modem, and router is in the basement. I recently moved to the second story and WiFi connectivity is painfully slow. Is there any recommendations for me to somehow extend connectivity upstairs without having to move the router?
