water appearing under the paint behind washer/dryer, what could be causing this?

just moved into this house, ran the washer+dryer and noticed water bubbles appearing under the paint behind on the wall. fairly certain it's caused by the dryer, maybe a leak in the vents causing wet air to be pushed into the wall? what kind of professionals should I even call to come take a look and fix? a plumber?
