Recs for Icy Strait and Ketchikan?

I’m doing the Eurodam 7-day cruise in two weeks, and I have excursions planned for Juneau and Sitka, but nothing for Icy Strait (6-10pm) and Ketchikan (6:30am-1pm). We’d like to adventure on our own, any activity or food recommendations? Thank you!
