Scared I have herpes need advice!

Sorry this if this is too long but I need to give background info so I can potentially get the best help. I kissed a girl who had herpes and shared a water bottle with her at the time not knowing she had it. and about 5 days later I had unprotected sex with a different girl that I had rekindled with after sometime who does not have herpes. around 2 weeks later after kissing the girl, I began to get a fever and got swollen lymph nodes/strep that got too swollen that didn't let me open my mouth all the way for a few days. And after having sex with the other girl I began to get a weird feeling in my testicle area that is hard to explain but I just knew something wasn't right. I also got one tiny blister/sore on the head of my penis which began to freak me out. at this point I am wondering if making out with her transferred some of the saliva to her mouth and then with her giving me oral after making out, the herpes saliva made its way down to my penis which caused blister. So I wait sometime and obviously at this point I think I have herpes and my life is over. I go ahead and get an std test with all 10 STDS at a local urgent care and tell the doctor my situation and he tells me that its less likely to pass herpes to somebody when not having an outbreak but it is still possible. This test was at 7 weeks after exposure and it comes back negative for everything and im sooo relieved. but I read somewhere that HSV has a window period and the body doesn't fully develop antibodies after sometime which i saw is 12-16 weeks. So I wait 3 more weeks and now its 10 full weeks post exposure. I get a full std panel test with HSV and it comes back negative again. Now im starting to get confused 'Do I not have it?' is it a lot of my anxiety? I did it 2 weeks before 12 weeks cause I just couldn't handle the anxiety but after getting 2 negative test. I tell myself im gonna wait till 16 weeks to get the blood test because I read that 12 weeks is the gold standard but 16 weeks is the GOLD STANDARD for knowing whether or not you have hsv. I go and get my STD test again with HSV 1 and 2 and it comes back NEGATIVE AGAIN. At this point I don't know what is going on. I still have the sore on the head of my penis from like 4 weeks post exposure so I don't really know what that is. Can anybody tell me what's going on? I don't have the weird feeling in my testicles as much anymore but it still comes up sometimes. Wondering if it could be something else ? I dont know.
