Do these symptoms align

Hi guys I need some advice, I am kind of scared. I have had vulvar and some anal itching for around three months now since mid November with a couple days breaks and it also went away when my period came and transitioned into sensitivity? Anyway I have only had one partner that Ive been with since we were late teens, and havent had sex since October 2023. Does this random onset of itching and some redness over a year later sound like hsv? Ive already been tested for every other sti and it has come back negative. I have never had any kind of sore. Thanks.

Honestly just wanting some peace of mind. I asked my obgyn during a papsmear this month if that was a possibility and she said no im good after a physical exam.
