Heavy Laser Rifle

Can only shoot laser either in 3 round burst or heavy beam for short duration. Medium armor pen at 3, “infinite ammo”

3 round burst - with very limited magazine size and pool you have to be precise and careful to not overheat the rifle. Shooting in groups of three you can go up to 12 rounds before overheating ( 15 being the max ) each shot packing quite a punch

Heavy beam - get less than 2 seconds worth of a powerful concentrated beam that can cut smaller foes easily in half, hard to manage heat but worth the burst or damage

I’d like to see some laser specific weapons that have a much more unforgiving heat management for the trade of high damage.
