Matchmaking AGAIN

Logging in for the first time in a few days and I’m having the same problem of not being able to join a match via quick play or responding to SOS beacons and it’s frustrating guys.

I’m on PC and have restarted the game, the computer, the router, started a trivial match and finished it and still couldn’t join, threw down an SOS and nobody joined, started a level 7 mission and left immediately and I STILL can’t get into a public match.

Can anyone offer some insight as to why this is happening? I had a similar issue last time I played but it resolved itself only to have it happen again.
