Odd hearing loss after kick to ear

So i got kicked in my right ear very very hard. As a response to it not only have I lost hearing in my right ear but in my left I have an extremely low rumbling sound in response to any lower frequency noise (shower, motorcycle door closing bass from a song)

I'm looking to go into music so having normal frequency response in both ears is big deal for me
