Are there any open-back, wireless, surround sound headphones out there?

Hi guys - I'm trying to find some wireless headphones that offer surround sound for gaming but that don't block out all the ambient noise.

I can't seem to find anything mid-range (~£150) that offers all three.

A closed-back set with ambient-mode would be fine too.
