What is going on?

Went on vacation for a week and when I came back, my bike was refusing to kick over and is doing this when I hit the start button. Tank has gas, battery 13volts, replaced the spark plugs, fuses, spark plug wires (found one was broken when I checked the plugs, and just now replaced the starter. Anyone have any idea what is going on?
