Dr/clinic recommendations

So I was looking at clinics in turkey and landed on "now hair time". On the surface they had great reviews and some famous athletes and it influencer support. After digging more especially here on reddit I've realized they aren't great at all.

I live in the western US and I'm now leaning towards Mexico for my hair transplant journey but I'm not sure where exactly. Tijuana sounds sketchy but I may be mistaken. I'm also open to anywhere else in the world where I will get quality results at a fair price.
