First system on today, any tips?
First two pics are from before, hair has been thinning for years and my hairline was almost non existent. Up until recently I hadn't even considered a system or what I thought we just 'toupees', however was recommended to me and after a consultation I decided to go for it.
I am concerned I left a bit too much 'weight' in it but figured it'd be best to have it longer at first and can always go shorter/trim it down at a later time.
What are your thoughts and any tips for maintaining and/or lengthening the time between refits?
Regular weightlifting and some boxing so fairly sweaty person but not a copious amount.
