Help with Going Silver/Ash

Any good recommendations for a dye that would help me go similar to this color? I went to a hairstylist who lightened up to this shade of blonde but didn’t achieve my desired color at all. Last picture is the current shade I have.

Any help would be appreciated. I also do not mind ending up with a darker color as long as it is fairly similar and would prefer not to use any more bleach on my hair.
