The IWC

I'm quite new to commenting on wrestling online and I'm seeing this term used a lot. Find it to be quite confusing since literally all of us on reddit are part of this community. Seems if someone has a unpopular opinion they are deemed part of the IWC and those who agree with them are not, lol I don't get this.
