Ability to shoot out lights

Haven‘t read about this. Are there plans to be able to shoot out lights to darken the surroundings at night? It seems not to be possible at the moment (0.2.1) I play a lot between 7pm and 21pm on europe servers and therefore nearly all the time in the dark. I dont mind it though
