knocking with eqt

i recently got a eqt tune and every time i do a pull of some sort i get a -2 knock retard average, i replace the spark plugs with 1 step colder i just dont know what else it could be am i just being paranoid or is there something else thats up. the car had 59k miles so maybe its due for a carbon cleansing soon but idk
