G19 Agency Arms Mag Extensions won't lock slide

I have 3 Agency Arms +5 mag extensions for Glock 19 mags.

None of them will lock the slide back, either manually or while shooting.

I've tried contacting Agency Arms but haven't been able to get a response from them.
