Sámi Day

I haven't seen anyone mention this yet, but in the most recent episode, the viking in Norway says the ferry won't run because it's Sámi Day, a national holiday.

Sámi Day actually exists (established in 1992), though it is not really a public holiday in Norway. It was actually yesterday, February 6th, the same day the episode aired.

That timing must have been intentional. Also, since Pete died in 1985, it makes sense he wouldn't know about it.
