Cheesy breadsticks, no spike

After weeks of careful diet and exercise and a lot of sacrifice, today I was really grumpy and in a rush so I just ate two leftover garlic Parmesan twisty breadsticks from Round Table Pizza dipped in ranch for “lunch.”

And my glucose was the same an hour later (WITHOUT EXERCISE) as it is when I eat a salad for lunch.

I could just flip a table right now. It actually made me even more annoyed!

Oh but a yogurt with my egg and avocado toast in the morning is too much for my crazy body to handle?!

What the hell.

Now I want to see how baby and placenta feels about my beloved spicy potato tacos from Taco Bell....
