Is lootbar.gg actually legit?

I know this question has already been asked multiple times but I need a direct answer. Also more importantly, has anyone been charged back (negative primos) before or scammed by this site? Yes I’ve heard about big ytbers like JelloImpact and such have advertised it before but I’m still skeptical. Right now the only explanation other then stolen credit cards I’ve seen is that they buy it in a different currency which is cheaper than usd. Still, I can’t find anything confirming this.
