There are no teenage NPC's models. I've been playing this game for almost two years and I just realised only adult and child model exist. And that's exactly the inside joke Cyrus was making about Urraca's appearance in the new story quest. Damned writers were making fun of cutting corners developers.

So every time you see child NPCs who act older than they look, remember they might be anything between 4(?) and 15(?). And everytime you see adults act like babies remember they might be 16 or something the like.
