Will this run 680 watts?

I’m in the market to purchase a budget power inverter generator. This unit has sparked my interest. It’s a sportsman 1000 peak watt 800 running water 4 stroke inverter generator. I only the this product for one thing . I need product for my tea brewing business. The generator would but used on a 680 watt electric hot water dispenser. I would literally be turning the generator on for 10 minutes tops to use the rapid boil heating element on the hot water dispenser and then turning the generator off because the dispenser is insulation and keeps the water hot for up to 24 hrs . I’m just a Little worried because of it be a 680watt heating element if the generator will be able to power it . The actual product I have is a 5 L VEVOR hot water dispenser. Need some advice .
