Post op diarrhea

I am Post op day 4. Diarrhea started post op day 1. 5-6 times per day. Still on all clear liquids. Transitioning to full Liquids tomorrow. I messaged my surgeon Friday and he said by Monday it should be better but it’s not getting better. Anyone else struggle with diarrhea post op?
