How can I use my Fenix 6 w CrossFit?
Hi all I have a Garmin Fenix 6. Currently and just using it for steps and occasionally to keep time during a workout. I don't trust the body battery as it says I need to recover for hours sometimes after a light warm up. I also don't trust the sleep as it indicated I was sleeping when I was wide awake one time. I'd love to track what I do, insure I'm getting well rounded workouts a good mix of aerobics anaerobic and weight training that will improve my total CrossFit performance. Are there metrics to track improvements through the watch in terms of capacity? I also want to make sure I'm getting good sleep and recovering well. Additionally I'd like to use it as a way to track my effort, to insure I'm not slacking. Any advice what I can use it for to push me? What features can I trust? Thanks!
