Can this been levelled?

Been to view this property on a sizeable corner plot. It has a summer house in the top corner with a decked area. The lawn is fairly steep. Any idea if this could be made more child friendly e.g flat area to kick a ball and estimates on how much to budget? We loved the house but I fear the outside could be costly. Thanks!
