Planting a wisteria or rose against this south facing wall

Hi all, I’m thinking of planting a wisteria or rose at the bottom of this south-east facing wall on the back of our house. (Once I’ve dug down into earth.) Do you think either of these plants is likely to cause a problem with the house, or patio, foundations?
