Which will be worth the money?

So. I am planning on buying my first gaming laptop. I have a budget of maximum 1lakh . So I was looking at these laptops :

Lenovo LOQ 14 with i5 13450HX , 16gb DDR5 ram , 4060 8gb - price 101000 inr

Lenovo LOQ 14 with i7 13650Hx , 16gb DDR5 RAM. 4060 8GB - PRICE -112000 inr

Asus TUF -F15 with i7 12700 H, 16gb DDR4 ram , 4060 8gb Price - 100000 inr.

Which one should I buy. And if you guys have any idea about getting additional discount for the no. 2 . please let me. ( I can't get the student discount). I researched i5 13450HX is slightly better than i7 12700H And can be under volted.
