[Discussion] What was the wound inflicted on Henry?

In Henry’s speech during the Insanity Ending of Pizzeria Simulator, he describes William’s actions as “a wound first inflicted on me.” This is led much of the fan based to conclude Charlotte must’ve been the first person that William killed. Obviously the graves in VR:HW2 seem to contradict that.

I say that to draw attention to one important detail that I think often gets overlooked. Henry also describes the wound as one that he allowed to bleed out to cause all of “this.” What could that mean?

Could it be possible that Charlotte was killed after the MCI victims? In this case, the wound could refer to ruining the Freddy Fazbear family of restaurants (and maybe something to do with ruining Fall Fest?).

I know some theories suggest that it’s highly possible there were multiple locations open simultaneously. And if I remember correctly, Freddy’s shut down immediately after the MCI. Could the restaurant that shut down immediately be different from the one that Charlotte died at? Perhaps that location continued operating while the other did not.

I think this theory solves a few of issues.

  1. Why the security puppet existed if no children had died yet (the MCI already happened).

  2. Why the graves seem to contradict Henry’s speech (Charlotte’s death wasn’t the wound, ruining Henry’s franchise and reputation was).

  3. I think the Give Gifts, Give Life minigame makes more sense if Charlie died last. She possessed the animatronic after all the other children had already died and could immediately help them find their bodies.

I’m not an expert on the lore. This might something else from the games, book, or Scott’s Reddit posts that confirm early theories. But I felt like I had to share because I don’t know what Henry could have meant when he said he let the wound “bleed out.”

Thoughts?
