I think i’m addicted

Hi i’m f (22) it started off with small 20£ bets every payday about a year ago, the past 2 months its rapidly increased. It got worse when a friend of mine won 2k so i started to play, 50£ every two weeks, and last month i won 2k, i spent it all within a week back on gambling, and took out a 2k loan to gamble even more. i have no savings. i’m 1000k in my overdraft. and im gambling about 300/400£ a day. i need to stop, ive blocked it from my bank but i find other ways to get around it (VPN) i find gambling helps with my OCD. when im gambling im not thinking. i want to stop tho. i want to have money and no anxiety from this issue. please help
