Notification Icons Bug

Hi all, unfortunately I'm facing this kinda bug in the last 2 days and I'm unsure of the cause, when I restart the phone it resolves temporarily but again comes up with the same bug. Did anyone faced this ? Any assistance on this would be much appreciated! P.s s/w is up-to date.
