Set routine to turn on sensors upon receiving phone calls and calls on whatsapp

Hey all. I want to have all phone sensors off during standby and normal use, and want to have a routine set so that every time I receive a phone call or a call on WhatsApp, the sensors would turn on, and then turn off again right after the call. Can anyone please guide me? Thanks in advance.
