This is for the beginners who are scared to deadlift because of the fear mongering that is commonly witnessed

So as a teenager who came out of the fear that the deadlifts are bad for your back, they are definitely not.

Our backs aren't as weak as you think they might be, they are capable of way more than you can imagine of and it just needs time to build and strengthen like every other muscle group

I have had a whole journey from deadlifting 50kg to 160kg and I never had back pain despite of lifting with the most atrocious form known to mankind for a good amount of time. Quoting this, please practice your form bracing before moving onto higher weights, but there will be a time where you won't be able to grow without having a little form deviation, and that's completely fine, there's no perfect or textbook form as people might force you to have.

Saying this, I had an appendicitis surgery a while back, and I can assure you that my tight, unstretched and stressed back (from rounding) hurts more than deadlift ever did, looking forward to seeing your progress :)
