Gta IV Modpack

Hello,

Is there any modpack with bugfixes, gameplay improvements, graphic improvements and other add-ons but that is just a folder and easier to install ?
I found: GTAIV Vanilla Fixes - Ultimate Bugfix Megamod for Complete Edition, not installed, but as far as the description of the modpack goes it looks it's pretty good, but i look for more mods.
