People trigger a rage in me when they tell me what foods I should be eating
Since having this and being limited on what I can eat it triggers this rage in me sometimes when people try and tell me what I should be eating to be healthy and get my nutrients. My diet consists of fish, black beans rice and sweet potatoes and carrots every day. That’s all I can eat right now. Telling me I should be eating way more veggies when they trigger me right now really pisses me off. I’m already so emotional about food because food used to be my go to when I was feeling sad happy angry excited. I was an emotional eater and I loved food so much.
