Is a ged worth it?

im 20 and have only worked warehouse jobs, i now understand why my mom scolded me all those years lmao, i want to do something more with life is a GED as credible as a high school diploma? i’ve thought about it for a while, only thing im bad at is algebra truthfully i excel at everything except that so i don’t really know if its possible for me to pass considering i know nothing about algebra, or high school math.
