Any Salons in Fremont/ Newark/Milpitas for less than $20 for women

The lesser the cost for regular women's haircut, the better it is. Don't wanna spend $20+ for just a straight haircut (trim basically). I dont want styling or hairwash either. Any suggestions pls? TIA
