Worst B-Story In Any Episode?

Currently on a rewatch of the entire series and season 9 seems to have a few weak B-plots, but I think I just watched the absolute worst one.

Niles riding the segway for research in The Love You Fake. It comes off as nothing but filler and this show is usually so great at weaving in B-stories that grow characters or morph into an important part of the A-story's conclusion. This one is just there to take up space.

Is there a worse one I'm missing?
