Thoughts on Mogouyan Hand-Pulled Noodles?

Just walked in today for some late night food. Owner said their Dan Dan Noodles were apparently rated best in the city? They were great, don’t get me wrong, but best in the city?? Im not a Dan Dan noodle expert so I can’t really judge.
