Guide on New enchants (hypothesis)

Overclocked for your Stunners and slowers, Springlocked benefits Units who already have an extremely fast cooldown, summoners and boosters who attack and vengeance for your slower dps units, but overall still a great enchant. Needs proper testing, but that is what I think is gonna go down. Im at least certain about Overclocked thought.
