How to drink Blueberry Shake?

I'm talking about OH am!ul blueberry shake. It's too thick and sticks to the bottle wall. How do I finish it? Also what do u guys do with the bottle afterwards? It seems wrong to just throw it away. I feel it can be used somewhere
