Gained 5 kgs in 3 weeks
I started gym at 64kgs before 3 weeks , and I started eating a lot in the name of bulk, and currently I'm 69.3 kgs is this hike in weight in 3 weeks is fine or should I reduce my intake ?
My intakes goes like Morning (shake ) Banana + pumpkin seeds + papaya seeds + sunflower seeds + badam + cashew+ raisins + peanut butter + honey + milk 500ml+ watermelon seeds + chia seeds
And afternoon 7 rotis and subji ( black channa or aloo or panneer )
And evening ( fruit salad )
Night 5 whole eggs or 100 gram paneer And 200gm boiled chicken breast
